Responsibility
- Create and curate engaging social media content (graphics, videos, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction.
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and trends.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
- Support ad-hoc marketing tasks, including email campaigns and influencer outreach.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Prior internship or freelance experience in social media is a bonus.
