Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, architects, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initial concept to final execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and clients, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and technical standards.
- Manage client relationships, presenting ideas and progress updates while addressing feedback constructively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in design innovation.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within Design & Architecture.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from ideation to delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and successful team leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Bali’s design and construction landscape is a significant advantage.
