Responsibility
- Operate and maintain CNC Laser CO2 machines for cutting and engraving acrylic materials with high precision.
- Develop and prepare design files (e.g., CAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator) optimized for laser production.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy, smooth edges, and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and calibrate settings for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to refine prototypes and finalize production-ready files.
- Manage material inventory, including acrylic sheets, and ensure efficient usage to minimize waste.
- Follow safety protocols and workplace guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Document workflows, machine settings, and production metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) operating CNC Laser CO2 machines for acrylic cutting/engraving.
- Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of material properties (e.g., acrylic types, thicknesses) and laser settings (power, speed, frequency).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or digital design files.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-precision, flawless results.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus; Indonesian language skills are beneficial.
