Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to visualize design ideas for client approval.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and decor that align with design themes and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and identify potential design challenges or opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, sustainable practices, and local Bali-inspired aesthetics to incorporate into projects.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project installation, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material selection.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s design landscape, local suppliers, and cultural influences is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
