Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, and material selection.
- Create detailed 2D/3D design presentations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Source and procure high-quality furniture, fixtures, and decor that align with the design vision and client budget.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
