Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Develop engaging infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and user experience.
- Optimize designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and high performance (e.g., web, mobile, print).
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output and innovation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (digital, print, branding).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality and error-free designs.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive design is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
