Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for packaging, marketing materials, and digital content that align with brand guidelines
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends and implement innovative techniques in food and beverage branding
- Prepare final art files for production, ensuring print-ready quality and color accuracy
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in F&B or consumer goods industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale
- Knowledge of print production processes and color management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
