Responsibility
- Develop detailed shop drawings based on architectural and engineering plans.
- Revise and update construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain drawing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project timelines and milestones.
- Provide technical support to the project team as needed.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and details.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Drafter or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
