Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality video content from concept to final delivery, including scripting, filming, and editing.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to capture stunning visuals.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography, editing techniques, and digital media to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, including raw footage, project files, and final cuts, for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer and/or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and professional audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content and platform-specific optimization (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
