Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and graphics optimized for social media engagement.
- Write SEO-friendly captions, scripts, and blog posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to produce authentic, on-brand content.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist in paid social media campaigns, including ad copywriting and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (videos, graphics, written posts) across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic photography/videography and editing techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
