Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Write compelling copy, captions, and scripts that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (portfolio or samples required).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar.
- Experience with video editing, graphic design, and basic photography is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
