Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging, original content (photos, videos, reels, blogs, and social media posts) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure content consistency and brand messaging.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across multiple channels.
- Conduct photoshoots, edit multimedia content, and ensure high-quality output.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and social media management platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic graphic design principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Passion for lifestyle, premium products, and digital trends is a plus.
