Responsibility
- Conceptualize and create high-quality, engaging content for beauty and lifestyle brands, tailored to trending digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and content strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Produce visually stunning photos, videos, and written content that showcases beauty products in an authentic and appealing manner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including emerging beauty techniques, social media algorithms, and content formats, to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement, ensuring maximum reach and impact across digital channels.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, models, and other collaborators to enhance content quality and authenticity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing beauty and lifestyle content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for beauty, fashion, and digital trends.
- Experience with SEO optimization and content performance analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
