Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand voice, goals, and SEO best practices.
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement, including keyword research and metadata.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all channels.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a strong advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including email campaigns, PPC, and influencer collaborations.
