Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, blogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and healthcare professionals) to produce patient education materials and promotional content.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine content strategies.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Assist in campaign development, from concept to execution, including A/B testing and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or tourism.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (articles, social media posts, videos, or graphics).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
