Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze daily financial operations to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and cost control recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, supplies, and operational expenses to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the hotel's financial goals.
- Track and analyze food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and other operational expenditures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
