Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payroll-related transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit trails and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
