Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and cost control.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial operations and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure financial accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
