Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze production costs to identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare accurate Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) calculations and financial reports.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize material and labor costs.
- Develop and maintain cost control systems, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Conduct regular audits of cost data to verify accuracy and integrity.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes for cost-related accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing (furniture industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, HPP calculations, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
