Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to determine product and service pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights on cost trends and financial performance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate cost-related data and documentation.
- Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that enhance profitability and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
