Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end travel consulting for corporate clients, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings.
- Manage complex itineraries with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel policies.
- Offer 24/7 support for last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions with a proactive approach.
- Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) and proprietary tools to secure the best rates and options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Resolve travel-related issues efficiently, including visa requirements, rebookings, and emergency assistance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and destination-specific travel advisories.
- Collaborate with global teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting, airline reservations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) is a must.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends, to support global clients.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies, fare rules, and visa requirements.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and travel management software.
- Based in Bali with a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
