Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Design and propose customized travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and activities, tailored to corporate budgets and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best deals for clients.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local regulations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Monitor industry trends, promotions, and new offerings to recommend competitive and innovative solutions.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments efficiently using CRM and reservation systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align travel services with company goals and client expectations.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, corporate sales, or hospitality (preferably in Bali or Indonesia).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate client portfolios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, visa processes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
