Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute strategic initiatives in alignment with the Group Strategic Blueprint and Business Plan.
- Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs, including ESG-related indicators.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
