As the first point of contact for stakeholders, you will coordinate administrative functions, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between departments and external partners. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain corporate governance documentation, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
- Oversee general affairs (GA) operations, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Handle expatriate administration, including visa applications, work permits, and relocation support for international employees.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on corporate matters.
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including logistics and follow-up actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for administrative and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar corporate administrative role.
- Proven experience in corporate governance, GA operations, or expatriate administration is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with corporate governance software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate and employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
