In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring comprehensive maintenance programs, including weekly maintenance, overhauls (OH), and Total Productive Maintenance System (TPMS) activities across our 7 plant locations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, enhance equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all plant equipment across multiple locations in Bali
- Coordinate and monitor weekly maintenance, overhaul (OH), and TPMS activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency
- Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all maintenance activities
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs while maintaining high service levels
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams across all plant locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and TPMS methodologies
- Proven experience in planning and executing overhaul (OH) projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
