Responsibility
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for Citadines Connect properties in Bali.
- Identify and engage with key corporate accounts, including travel agencies, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) organizers, and business clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts and group bookings with competitive rates and value-added packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, site visits, and personalized service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent Citadines Connect at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate accounts, or business development within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury or serviced residence segment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of Baliâs hospitality market, including key corporate clients and seasonal demand patterns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term partnerships.
