Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to support business needs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general affairs functions.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and reporting for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs, corporate administration, or hospitality operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or administrative management software.
