Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage guest reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations, using property management systems.
- Provide accurate and timely information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and resolve issues to the best of your ability.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest information, preferences, and special requests for personalized service.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions in compliance with hotel policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the front office area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple guest requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and events in Bali to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
