Responsibility
- Maintain and organize compliance records, permits, licenses, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and track expiration dates of regulatory documents, renewing them proactively to avoid lapses.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure all documentation aligns with local, national, and international regulations.
- Develop and implement filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient document retrieval and audit readiness.
- Conduct regular audits of compliance records to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for new permits or licenses.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international compliance regulations is a plus.
