Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure their healthcare needs are met efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage service agreements, contracts, and renewals with corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to corporate clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement, service utilization, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing corporate clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client services, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and corporate client needs is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
