Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in Bali.
- Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market.
- Oversee dealership operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, financial institutions, and key customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, finance, and after-sales teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
