Responsibility
- Assist Relationship Managers in the end-to-end processing of corporate loan transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial documents, including loan agreements, disbursement requests, and credit proposals.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Operations) to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor client accounts, track transaction statuses, and generate reports for management review.
- Support the onboarding of new corporate clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and account setup.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure up-to-date client information and transaction histories.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate banking, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, loan processing, and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and banking software systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC) in the banking sector is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already based in the region).
