Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Wok and Grill stations according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and quality control.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, stock ordering, and managing food waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen crew members to foster a culture of culinary excellence.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (Wok or Grill experience highly preferred).
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be available to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certification in Culinary Arts or related hospitality field is a plus.
