Responsibility
- Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Configure and commission electrical control panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in control systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and clients to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
- Perform system integration, testing, and validation to ensure seamless operation of control systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on control system functionality.
- Document project specifications, schematics, and technical reports for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation and control systems to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms) and control panel design.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial automation software (e.g., TIA Portal, Studio 5000).
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards (IEC, UL, or local regulations) and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles is a plus.
