Responsibility
- Manage and oversee procurement contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure cost-effective and favorable agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement contracts and related documentation.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
