Responsibility
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership deals, ensuring compliance with Accentureâs policies and legal standards.
- Provide strategic legal advice to business stakeholders on contract risks, obligations, and best practices to support business growth and mitigate legal exposure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to align contract terms with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Develop and implement contract templates, playbooks, and legal tools to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure Accentureâs contracts remain compliant with local and international laws.
- Train and mentor junior legal team members and business stakeholders on contract best practices and risk management.
- Represent Accenture in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners, advocating for favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Masterâs degree or additional certifications in Commercial Law or Contract Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial contracts, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior legal role, preferably in a multinational corporation or law firm.
- Strong expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts, including SaaS, outsourcing, and technology agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian contract law, international commercial law, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice to business stakeholders while balancing risk and commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
