Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of automation and engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations for automation solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project updates and technical details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in project engineering, automation, or industrial solutions (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to travel to project sites in Bali or other locations as required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the engineering field.
