Responsibility
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize EBITDA and improve financial performance.
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, financial metrics, and key insights to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in aerospace contract management.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
