Responsibility

  • Monitor and update logistical systems to ensure real-time inventory and delivery accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams to streamline daily operational workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, and contract records.
  • Prepare and analyze daily operational reports to assist management in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resolve logistical discrepancies and client inquiries promptly to maintain high service levels.
  • Support the Contract Logistics team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and office coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company operational policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Logistics Management Software (LMS) or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
