Responsibility
- Lead the safe and efficient execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Linde’s standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver results on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of Linde-owned assets at customer premises to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, asset performance, and risk assessments for management review.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across all project activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in project delivery and asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, asset management, or a similar role within the industrial gas, energy, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including budget and timeline oversight.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, gas systems, or related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices in industrial safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and CAD tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
