Responsibility
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Assist in implementing operational excellence initiatives to enhance factory performance and productivity
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement solutions
- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
- Create visual management tools and standard work documentation
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency
- Support the development of training materials for operational best practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Familiarity with process mapping and value stream mapping is a plus
