Responsibility
- Coordinate the end-to-end editorial workflow for diverse content types under the guidance of Content Development Specialists.
- Perform meticulous proofreading, formatting, and quality assurance checks to ensure content adheres to brand and style guidelines.
- Manage administrative documentation, including tracking project timelines, milestone updates, and editorial databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve content-related queries and bottlenecks.
- Maintain internal tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting of content status and project progress.
- Provide operational support for scheduling meetings, managing documentation archives, and updating internal wiki/knowledge bases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Information Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in content editing, publishing, or administrative coordination.
- Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and collaborative project management tools.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Experience in academic or technical publishing is a significant advantage.
