Responsibility
- Create and curate engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized healthcare content (blog posts, social media, newsletters, and videos).
- Assist with patient check-ins, medical record management, and appointment scheduling.
- Develop and implement content calendars aligned with clinic promotions and health awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure content accuracy and compliance with medical guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries across digital platforms (email, social media, chat).
- Support clinic operations by maintaining inventory, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.
- Capture and edit photos/videos for marketing materials, ensuring HIPAA/patient privacy compliance.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (healthcare sector is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations (training provided for non-medical candidates).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a clinical setting.
