Responsibility
- Present tailored programs and solutions to prospective clients through engaging presentations and consultations.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate programs or services to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales strategies and marketing materials.
- Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to expand professional connections and brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
