Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to clarify project requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to senior management.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or challenges promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other modern construction technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
