In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled workers, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage on-site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.
- Resolve construction-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities, including permits and reports.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
