Responsibility
- Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance standards in alignment with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control and identify potential risks or delays.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and incident logs.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar leadership role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, blueprint reading, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid certification in OSHA or equivalent safety training is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel to project locations.
