Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs, upkeep, and property enhancements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas for improvement.
- Manage lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and move-in/move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation accuracy.
- Organize and facilitate resident events, meetings, and communications to foster a strong community environment.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost-control measures to optimize property profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field (condominium experience is a plus).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with property management software, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local property laws, tenant rights, and condominium regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel between properties in Bali as needed.
