Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs, upkeep, and property enhancements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas for improvement.
  • Manage lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and move-in/move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation accuracy.
  • Organize and facilitate resident events, meetings, and communications to foster a strong community environment.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial summaries for stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost-control measures to optimize property profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field (condominium experience is a plus).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with property management software, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
