Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of luxury condominiums, ensuring seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Manage facility maintenance, including coordinating repairs, inspections, and vendor contracts to uphold property standards.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, optimizing expenses while maintaining high-quality services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Enforce community rules, policies, and local regulations to ensure a harmonious living environment.
- Organize and lead resident meetings, events, and communications to foster a strong sense of community.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping) to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and operational metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, IREM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in condominium or residential property management, preferably in a luxury or international setting.
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations is highly desirable.
