Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions tailored to guest preferences.
- Coordinate transportation, tours, and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Stay updated on local events, promotions, and services to offer accurate and timely information.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reservations, billing, and record-keeping.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in service and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer service roles.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry, including popular destinations, cultural sites, and local customs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software.
